IBEC is the representative body for business and employers in Ireland. Corporate membership gives you access to IBEC experts and a unique network of over 7500 member organisations.

Avoid expensive solicitors’ fees by having your dedicated IR/HR advisor represent you at industrial relations institutions including employment tribunals. In addition to the wealth of human resources advice on this website, use online tools to create employment contracts or audit your HR policies. By helping you to comply with employment law, we reduce your exposure to penalties and disputes.

    As well as networking at a functional level - HR Forums and on specific issues through policy groups, members lobby and access support at industry level through 60 business sector associations.

  • How much does membership cost?
    The IBEC membership subscription is based on your organisation's total salaries/wages bill. There are over 43 subscription scales to accommodate the varying sizes of member companies. There is no hourly rate and no limit on usage. If you know your subscription fee, you can download and complete the membership application now.
